Four claws, one step, simple leverage. The weed comes out while you stay standing.
01. Center
Stand over the weed and line the claws up over its center.
02. Step
Step down to drive the claws into the soil around the root.
03. Lever and lift
Tilt the handle back and lift. In moist soil, the root comes up with the weed.
Get the most out of it
- Pull after rain, or water the spot first. Dry, packed soil makes any weed puller harder to use.
- Go for taproots. It's built for weeds like dandelions. Results on other weeds vary.
- Close the hole. Each pull lifts a small plug of soil. Press the spot closed with your foot.
