Terms of service

1. Overview. This website is operated by Athen Salcedo  ("The Stout Smith", "we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

3. Products.
- We describe products as accurately as we can. Specifications are provided by the manufacturer.
- Some product photos are supplied by our fulfillment partner. Colors and finishes may vary slightly on screen.
- Use tools with normal care and keep them away from children.

4. Prices and orders.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example after a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

5. Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store full card numbers.

6. Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. We ship only to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC.

7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, interference with security, or unlawful use.

8. Intellectual property. The site's content, name and branding belong to us or our licensors. Don't reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimers. Except as stated in our policies, products and the site are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. Results vary with soil and weed type. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska, USA.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
