It works best in moist soil. On hard or dry ground, water the spot, wait a few minutes, then pull.

What if it arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address and instructions. The item must be unused, with all parts, in the original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price once we receive and inspect the return. Is it safe around kids and pets?
It's a garden tool with pointed claws. Store it out of reach of children and use it with normal care.
