Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
Changed your mind?
Email us within 30 days of delivery, before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- The item must be unused, with all parts, in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
